Please come by our office to collect your personal items from your vehicle before releasing it to your insurance company, as they will often take it out of town to have it assessed.
Personal belongings will ONLY be released to the registered/legal owner of the vehicle with Photo ID proof, OR if registered owner gives written permission with Photo ID proof for another person to pick up items with Photo ID.
If unable to make it to the tow yard before 5:00pm, there will be an after-hours gate opening fee, by appointment only.
REMINDER: The state of Nevada holds you liable for license plates
